When will the coolers be in stock and when will they be available for delivery?
RTIC coolers are currently on back order. All pre-orders will be filled on a first come basis and are subject to availability. Please check our website (www.rticcoolers.com) and Facebook for updates.
What is a Roto Molded cooler?
Roto molded coolers, or rotationally molded coolers, are made to keep ice cold for a very long time and keep your perishables protected from forest creatures. These high end coolers are constructed with what is known as rotationally molded plastic. The rotomolding procedure ensures that every part of the cooler is made with a continuous thick wall with no imperfections. Roto Molded Coolers can uphold to very high degree of abuse, including being handled roughly by grizzly bears.
Roto molded coolers are significantly more durable than an average cooler and are the best coolers for keeping ice. This ice retention feature lets you keep ice frozen to keep your drinks cold, but also keep fish or animal parts from spoiling on your fishing or hunting trip.
How Can you sell your coolers at half the price?
We are a direct to consumer retailer. By cutting out the big box retailers and using word of mouth & social media to promote our coolers versus paying for high priced ambassadors and commercials, we are able to offer high quality coolers that have all of the features our customers want - at half the price.
How can your cooler hold more ice?
Our coolers’ capacity and dimensions are actually bigger vs YETI’s coolers. The walls of the RTIC coolers are not thinner - we have made our coolers bigger to reflect the quarts they hold. For example the RTIC 65 actually holds 65 quarts vs the YETI* Tundra 65 which only holds 57.2 quarts. With RTIC, you are getting a bigger cooler.
Are your coolers a good quality?
Our coolers are some of the best on the market. They are manufactured utilizing one-piece seamless rotational molded construction. From the one-piece seamless construction to the ultra-thick insulation, this virtually indestructible rotational molded cooler has all of the features outdoorsmen want, plus the durability and ice retention they need.
How long will your coolers hold ice?
Our coolers can hold ice up to 10 days. Of course that doesn’t mean you can leave your cooler out in the Mojave Desert in 120 degree temperatures and open it every 30 minutes.
We use up to three inches of pressure-injected commercial-grade polyurethane foam in the walls and lid with an R-Value of 7 per inch of thickness, which is among the best insulation properties in the industry. We use closed-cell foams to stop air and moisture - and because of the foam’s density and glue-like tenacity, it also adds structural strength to the walls.
Do you offer a discount?
The coolers are priced as low as we can go! Our business model is to keep our pricing structure simple: offer the lowest price we can to everyone. We do offer case pricing on selected products.

We appreciate your interest in RTIC however we are a direct to consumer retailer and only sell products on rticcoolers.com. RTIC does not have a dealer or referral program. Our best pricing will be online and cannot be discounted any further. We do offer case pricing on selected products.
Where are your coolers made?
Like other major competitors, RTIC products are made in China in order to provide the best quality at the lowest price to you, the consumer. Just like many of the outdoor products you will buy at your favorite sporting goods store; overseas manufacturing is a cost effective way for retailers to provide an affordable product to its customers.
Will RTIC sponsor our team?
We appreciate your interest in RTIC products; however, at this time, we are not accepting marketing, sponsorships or pro staff inquires.
Does RTIC offer custom logo coolers?
We are not currently offering custom logos on our coolers, however we expect to offer that service in late 2016.
Will you offer different sizes?
We are currently only offering the RTIC 20, RTIC 45 & RTIC 65.
How much do your coolers weigh?
The RTIC 20 weighs 17.50 pounds, the RTIC 45 weighs 25.00 pounds and the RTIC 65 weighs 36.50 pounds.
How do I clean my RTIC cooler?
Generally using dish soap and warm water will get you cooler clean. However for those more stubborn stains and problems with odors, you can use a solution of warm water and bleach.

How do I clean my RTIC Tumbler?
Do NOT place in dishwasher. Hand wash only. Wash thoroughly before initial use. Do NOT use bleach or cleaners containing chlorine to clean. Do NOT place in freezer. Do NOT place in microwave. Use caution, beverages will remain hot for several hours.
Do I need to pay Tax?
We charge sales tax for orders that are shipped to Texas, Pennsylvania, California, Illinois and Georgia.
Where do I get replacement parts?
If you need a replacement part because you damaged it during use you can purchase them through our website at www.RTICcoolers.com.
Can I buy a cooler at a retail location?
We are a direct to consumer internet retailer - meaning we only sell our coolers online. This allows us to offer a very compelling value proposition on quality rotomolded coolers. We're the brand, the importer, the shop, and the marketing arm, all in one. We intentionally forgo the traditional cooler distribution channel that the other brands are tied to because this outdated retail distribution channel is expensive. By cutting out the big box retailers and using word of mouth & social media to promote our coolers versus paying for high priced ambassadors and commercials, we are able to offer high quality coolers that have all of the features our customers want - at half the price you can buy a comparable cooler in a retail outlet.
Can I use dry ice in my RTIC cooler?
Yes, our coolers are dry-ice compatible.

Do I pay for shipping?
All orders over $35 are shipped for free. You will be responsible for arranging for the return and paying the return shipping costs.
Does RTIC ship to PO boxes?
We ship to street addresses only (sorry no P.O. Boxes) within the 48 Contiguous United States. Sorry, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam, Mexico, U.S. Virgin Islands or Military APO/FPO addresses.
Does RTIC ship internationally?
We currently do not ship internationally, but we have plans to expand shipping in the future.
