All orders made on rticcoolers.com can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment for any reason.
Non-warranty returns must be unused and you will be responsible for arranging the return and paying the return shipping costs.
For Warranty Returns, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label; However, any product determined by RTIC not to be a manufacturer's defect will be charged a return shipping fee equal to the greater of $10 or 15% of the sales prices of the returned item which will be withheld from any refund or charged as an additional fee against your credit card.
You will be emailed instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please pack your items carefully in the original packaging if available. Ensure that any old shipping labels on the box have been removed. Include your RMA number on the outside of the box and include a copy of RMA email inside your package. Your card will be credited upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise.
No refunds will be given on merchandise returned after 30 days of the original purchase date.
