Great product, awesome cooler for work . Looks like it’s made very well , I wish it had a water bottle holder . Other then that I will be a customer for life .

I ordered two of these coolers and am pleased so far with how well they work. The first thing I noticed when they arrived was the insulation is thicker and more substantial than any other day cooler I have owned in the past. The cooler also seems put together well and the shoulder strap is nice. I used this cooler for about 15 hours in temps around 75-85 and was impressed that the ice packs were still about 80% frozen and the remaining drinks were still cold. So far I am pleased with this purchase and how well the coolers work.

I’ve had a RTIC soft sided 20 for a few years. I have used it to carry frozen tamales and steaks to friends and family not lucky enough to live in Texas. It’s a great cooler, but when I saw the less bulky back pack I AND IT WAS ON SALE (Cheap Colonel) I decided to give my back a break! Last night put 4# dry ice and 6 steaks in it. Still completely frozen upon arrival at airport 18 hr later. Very easy to pack and carry!

This back pack is awsome it keeps about 9 bottle waters cold all day with just little ice. Came home 8 hrs later to still find ice and cold warter. Very pleased over all planning on buying the bigger one now

I am a kayak Adventure. Really looking for something that's somewhat compact, that will fit in my dry hatch. That has extra pockets. Be great if you could make a day cooler into a waterproof cooler at the same size.

My kids play lots of sports and we always pack a BIG cooler that goes in the back of our truck so I bought this to take up to the fields with me and it's PERFECT! We are at the ball fields for 14 hours some days like we were this past weekend and it keep my drinks cold ALL DAY! Was very impressed and so excited about this cooler!

I am a contractor in FL and this cooler has become a necessity for keeping water close by and COLD. And the medium cold packs are a perfect fit, and actually work all day...

I work at a shipyard and it keeps my stuff cold during my entire shift , I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good lunchbox.

Bought this for work, I work 10 hour shifts so i needed something that could hold a decent amount of grub! This does the job! Keeps my lunches/dinners/beverages cold. love everything about it, if there was one thing I would improve tho is make the netting on the sides just a bit taller, I bought the RTIC 26 water bottle to go with this and it fits, but would be a little more secure if the netting was a bit taller.

Been using this backpack all summer. I us if for lunches or our weekend trips to the beach. Can’t beat the price and performance of this bag. I highly recommend it.

We have many RTIC products that perform well and we love but my wife just bought me a backpack cooler to use for my daughters softball tournaments and let me tell you. Theis this thing is awsome. Lots of pockets for snack or whatever and coller part is perfect for drinks and snack. RTIC makes the best stuff on the market. Keep killing it guys your making great products that are affordable

This is by FAR the best cooler I’ve ever owned. I bought another one for my husband for Father’s Day as he loves mine, but, the hot pink isn’t his color!!!! GREAT PRODUCT!

Very nice, well built little cooler/lunchbox. I was expecting it to fit 8 cans in one layer standing upright (4x2).. but it only fits 6 (3x2).. the other 2 cans have to be laying on their side either on top of, or underneath those 6. Does fit as many as they say, just not how I was expecting. Wish they had pictures of the coolers loaded. Still a great product!

I've used several coolers at work trying to find the right balance between size and effectiveness. This does the job perfectly. Love the front zipper pouch and the mesh side ones. And I even love the color! The only problem is keeping coworkers mitts off it...

There was an issue with my order during shipment. Neither shipping company was helpful so I contacted RTIC customer support to ask if they could help me. They responded quickly and were willing to refund/reship my items. The missing order was eventually found but I will forever recommend RTIC simply because Ashlee with customer service was quick to respond and willing to help! Great customer service and great products.

I will never use any other cooler. It is perfect for lunch everyday, day trips, work! It is a little big but it is nice not having to cram things into it because you have all this extra space! I love the front pouch and the side pouches, makes for being able to store things you want to keep in your lunch box. Definitely keeps things cold all day! Worth it.

I bought a few of these in two different sizes for Christmas gifts. They're great! Just what you need for short trips. Keeps my drinks and snacks cool. And I love the colors!
