Love it

by
Took my 20 out on the can am for the first use. Climbing A steep mountain and get to the top and it’s not there. Go back down the mountain and luckily it’s bright blue there it is nothing spilled out just a little dirty. Needless to say it has come off the side by side 3 times now. Still in awesome shape and still works great. Who needs bear testing just ask my husband to strap it to our side by side to check the durability. Had it for a year now and love it don’t go riding without it

Very servicable, durable, and works great

by
We purchased two RTIC 110 quart coolers. The blue one fits nicely in our Honda Pilot. That is for carrying cold grocery items from the store about 30 miles away. It does that job very well, even without ice everything stays cold nicely. The white one fits nicely in our Sequoia for keeping food items such as 20 pound turkeys, four pies, gravy, and left overs cold over long road trips. We also loaded 30 pounds of ice into it; we could have loaded 20 pounds more but didn't need more, 30 pounds lasted very well. We are very pleased with their performance for both jobs. Just back from a three day road trip. There was quite a bit of ice remaining, enough to continue to keep everything cold. Also their construction is at par or better than the competition, at a much more desirable price. Thanks RTIC for perfectly meeting our requirements.

Big boy size

by
I ordered this cooler to take on our camping trips this past summer. First time out I left it in the bed of my pickup under the hard tonneau cover in the middle of the summer full of ice until we got to the campground a few hours away. After that, it sat out in the sun on top of a picnic table all weekend. The ice was about half (with food and 2-12 packs of soda and water) and everything was still ice cold by the time we left. The second time I used it, there were some shady folks around so I put it in the tent with us. Before I bought it, I had looked everywhere for a weight rating on the lid. I wanted to use it as a bench seat in the tent; being 6’4 it’s kinda tough to stand up and get dressed. I figured if it could hold a grizzly bear, it could hold my fat a$$. I sat on that thing and it didn’t even make a sound. I’m 350lbs and was sure it might crack under my crack like a typical cooler would/has/does but nope! I brought it home and left it open in my kitchen to melt and drain into the sink and it took well over a week with the lid open to melt the ice. Very pleased with my purchase of the RTIC 45.

KY Hunting Trip

by
Bought the Grey RTIC 65 for a deer hunting trip with customers a few weeks back. Exceeded expectations because we were off the grid and needed maximum coldness to keep food and beverages cold for 7 days+. The ice was still holding at day 6 and got us through the entire trip without having to drive 30 miles for restocking the coolers with ice. More RTIC products in my future for sure as I am an avid hunter and go off the grid often. Thanks RTIC!

Love it!

by
I have used my 20 quart cooler on a five day trip without refueling, and although the ice was melted, the water was still ice cold, and so were my beverages. Great cooler!

Very pleased!!

by
I bought a 65 qt originally and took it on a 10 day road trip in 90 degree heat. I had a 3lb block of dry ice wrapped in a towel on the bottom and it kept everything frozen till the end. That sold me! I bought the 20 qt. 110 qt and a 145qt that I use when I go to remote Alaska fishing. Everything stays frozen for the 10 days while I'm there. That is without dry ice. Great affordable coolers! They work!

Cooler

by
My husband loves this Cooler, he deer hunts and he keeps the meat in the cooler until he gets back home he loves how he can grain the melted ice, which takes forever to melt, and he wants another one for Christmas. We recommend RTIC for everyone.

Don’t need ice

by
I bought a 65. Was disappointed to begin with but this cooler made me a believer. I bought 700 dollars worth of quail , put them in my RTIC 65 with no ice (I forgot). I traveled 9 hrs from Mississippi to south Texas. When I got to my house I panicked. When I opened the cooler to see all the ruined quail , I was surprised to see the packs of quail still had frost on them and were frozen solid. This cooler is the best cooler Iv ever owned. I will be buying the 45 for travel. I love my 65 but I want the 45 for convenience. I also had a cook out with the quail. I filled the cooler up with ice for some cold beverages. 14 days later there was no ice(the ice lasted 10 days)but the water was still very cold (the cooler was in my kitchen). This brand is recommended.

10 Day Road Trip

by
Just finished up a 10 day road trip from Oregon to Death-Saline Valley's and came home with ice. Started out with block ice (I make my own) in an RTIC 65 and 20 and made it back home with some of my original ice pack. Also have a 110 cooler manufactured by the mythical animal brand. All perform well but for the money, can't beat the RTIC over the competition.

Awesome coolers. We need yall to kick it up another notch by adding wheels on the 65 and larger

Love these coolers

by
I recently purchased my second cooler the 65 after previously purchasing the 45. Absolutely love these coolers and how well they perform in the field and while camping. Easily put 3 blocks of ice and a 20lb bag in the 65 and have it last for more than a week still solid. Will probably purchase another in the future!

Purchased for a 3 day camping trip for 4 adults. Cooler performance was flawless, everything stayed at refrigerator temperature or colder. I would definitely recommend this cooler, great value for the price

I'm a believer

by
I begrudgingly bought the RTIC 45 hardcooler because I needed something for a multiple night camping trip with my kids and it seemed like the most economical of the performance-oriented hard coolers. I grabbed one on sale, followed all the pre-prep suggestions found online and, I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by its performance. All the food stayed nice and chilled, and the bags of ice I included were still holding their shape (albeit smaller than when they were first put in). When I got home, the ice packs I had included at the bottom of the cooler were lined with a thin layer of frozen water. FYI, the trip was 3 days, 2 nights with an average of 60-70 during the daytime and 40-50 at night, so I'd imagined the environment helped as well (vs. 80-90* weather). I'd highly recommend one of these coolers and be sure to pre-chill cooler a few hours before use (sacrificial bags of ice, water) to maximize performance. I will also say that the pricing may seem steep--growing up I recall my family using Igloo/Playmate or styrofoam coolers that are a fraction of the cost but not nearly as effective. If you get 7-8 uses out of a RTIC, you've already justified the cost effectiveness/value.

Hard 145 qt

by
I have a 45 and a 145 hard cooler. Love them both! During the HOT summer months we head to the lake for a week at at time, There are limited places for purchasing ice that is close. I fill up the 145 qt full and still have ice 7 day later.....even when transferring!!! I recommend these to EVERYONE! BEFORE I used these, we were spending $15/day on ice. $15 day x 7 days = $105/week on ice. we usually went 3 times. $105x3=$315! This cooler paid for itself in 1 year!

Awesome Festival Cooler

by
Can't say enough good things about this cooler. I got hard 65 and 30 soft coolers to take to music festivals. Prechilled both on Thursday night with 10# bag ice in each. Added 10# total of ice to soft cooler Fri-Sunday. Put 20# of bagged ice plus 2 frozen 2 liter water bottles in hard cooler on Friday. It is now Tuesday - 4 days later - and there is still ice in the hard cooler. Milk, cheese, chicken, and most importantly BEER and drinks stayed icy cold even through today! I was in and out of the big cooler a couple times each day. I would move beer and drinks to the smaller cooler for each days use. These coolers are worth every penny.

I bought a 20 cooler for my boyfriend and have been so impressed! Everyone comments on it and we both love it. Rtic's customer service has been great as well as I had to do an exchange at first to find the right size. Definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a good quality & good looking cooler.

65,145

by
Own both the 65 and the 145 these coolers are excellent, compared to their competitors which I own one in the 65 they perform just as well if not better and hold more ice, beer, food, or meat. I use them for camping, fishing, and hunting, I spend weeks out in the California high country and I know I never have to worry about keeping my food, drinks or wild game cool and fresh.
