Fantastic Cooler

by
We use this soft side more than our hard body RTIC as it is lighter and with a shoulder strap makes it so easy to carry. Ice packs stay frozen (We use cheap reuseable packs) for 24 hours drinks as well are nice and frosty. I highly recommend this product. It's tough and it works.

great, careful with the zipper

by
Well made and happy for the most part. It's def not like my RTIC 45 that will keep ice for 5-7 days. It kept ice for ~16 hours after pre chilling it and hitting the beach (in shade for 4 hrs on sand, then in AC at the house). To be expected with a soft cooler and on par with any other cooler of this type. Seams are flawless and the zipper is tip top after proper lubrication; however, I can see how someone could rip it if not careful. Will never let anyone use it without supervision because one frustrated "yank" would likely kill my cooler. Just the nature of the beast with a zipper this tight.

Unbelievably fast delivery

by
Placed my order on Thursday, July 4th, delivered Saturday, July 6th. Unbelievably fast delivery! The cooler is wonderful, exactly as stated above. Recommended to several of my friends, who will order one as well...

oustanding Cooler!

by
We use the 20 can cooler on our pool deck here in the Florida Panhandle. When temps get up into the mid 90s we keep the cooler in the shade of a nearby umbrella on the cement deck. I usually put 8 - 10 bottles of Kirin in and most of a 10 lb. bag of ice. Stays icy cold and then add more beer to the ice the next day. Can’t beat the price for the quality you get.

You can run it over with your car!

by
Ran this puppy over with my car, drug it a good 30 feet. All the cans inside were smashed but the cooler kept its shape and looks good as new! I would recommend this cooler to anyone!

Just a shout out to Jennifer Woodard in customer service. I have used Rtic products for years and her service on a small issue will keep me buying their products in the future. Great products with great people. Could not be happier Thanks again Jennifer.

Couldn't get better

by
I purchased one of these four years ago for a kayak/camping trip on the Buffalo National River. About 1 hour into the trip I took a blind S-curve in a narrow part of the Upper Buffalo and came into contact with a downed tree. The tree had a broken off limb stub that was angled downward into the middle of the river. I had not distributed the weight of my gear on my kayak well and it tracked right into the broken limb. Unfortunately the limb was far enough out of the water that the kayak didn't bounce off of it, but instead went right underneath it. The limb hit the front of my kayak and began to push it under water. I bailed out of the kayak to keep from being impaled, and the limb passed over the seat and smashed into my RTIC cooler that was strapped down just behind it. As the limb jabbed the center of the lid it pushed the whole kayak down to the bottom of the river and completely submersed the cooler and all of my gear. After about 30 minutes of collecting gear, that I didn't have strapped down, it took myself and my 2 other friends to pull the kayak backwards, against the current while also pushing downwards on it to dislodge it from the downed tree. Upon inspection of the cooler, to my surprise, there was not even a scuff mark on the lid, and no river water had gotten through the zipper. We were on the Buffalo for 3 more days and only by the last day did all the ice melt, with the water in the cooler being sub-40 degrees. I have never found another cooler that matches this one's build quality and temperature retention and I will never buy another brand as long as RTIC keeps building them to this standard. I have used this cooler on many Buffalo trips since and, when space allows, numerous hunting trips. Great job guys!

Great Cooler

by
I bought this Soft Pack 8 after realizing the Soft Pack 20 was too large for my intended use. It's been great. It keeps my drinks good and cold while I play golf. And it fits perfectly in the cart's storage bin/well. I strongly recommend this bag to everyone.

The Best Cooler

by
This cooler is great- It keeps ice for about week, and when I say that- by like day 4 or 5 you have bunch of cubes floating around in very cold water ...but nevertheless the mountains are still blue on your Coors light cans. One thing to consider- when it's full of drinks and ice , it's still relatively easy/reasonable to carry; so that walk from your hotel room to the beach isn't absolutely miserable. When I travel to my hometown, I often bring it along for the trip and the airlines have no issue whatsoever checking it- due to the waterproof zipper and cooler ice packs. I bring all sorts of refrigerated foods(ice cream, frozen dishes, etc) along for the 1100 mile flight, with no worries of spoiling.

It makes ice!

by
I work construction and am on the road 16 hours a day in the summer. If anyone on our crew doesn't have one they're ordering one. Our crew has a running joke that these coolers make ice. Yes makes ice. We get ice trays fill them with water and with RTIC's help we can make ice with just 2 cold packs in no time. Truly overbuilt and not over priced! Personally I have six ice (2 large, 2 medium and 2 small) that I can have on rotation from work to home so that my cooler has yet to get above 35 degrees Fahrenheit. Did I mention I've had it for over a week in 100 degree heat? A 40 works great for half gallon Gatorade standing up. And 3 meals with 6 energy drinks and making ice!

Boter Approved

Perfect for rhe Boat and Beach

by
This cooler is awesome! It is big and tall enough to fit 8-9 2-liter sodas/1.5L liquor bottles and 10 lbs of ice. It's also very light weight which offsets the weight of the contents. Also holds ice for several days and fits standing up in a full size pickup truck's bed.

You need this in your life!

by
We own the 20, 40, and 60! We love them and use them often for groceries, weekend trips, and even extended trips. Throw a liter bottle of ice in there and it will keep cool for days!!!

mr

by
I have a rtic 45 hard cooler in tan super nice cooler but heavy so we wanted something similar size wise and went with the 40 soft side in sea foam while it doesn’t keep ice as long as the hard side it’s much easier to carry along with all the junk my kids want to bring to the beach for a day easily holds ice all weekend for beach activity’s highly recommend

Truth in their claims.

by
This cooler does exactly what it claims to do. Keeps ice longer and is leakproof. I've used it for work around town, for weekend trips, and even took it to Iceland! Eating out is very expensive in Iceland so we opted to buy groceries and cook. Finding ice for sale was difficult since coolers are not really part of the culture. We were only able to find ice twice in the week we were there, luckily the RTIC cooler keep our food cold and safe the whole time. RTIC easily saved us the purchase price of the cooler since we didn't have to pay restaurant prices for every meal
